Local photographer based out of Sonoma County, CA.

My journey with photography began when I was 18 years old and my mother gave me my first real camera to use. I opened up the old leather shoulder bag to reveal an original Canon A1 35mm SLR with the most 1970’s neck strap known to man. From there, I began teaching myself how to use this incredible tool to create beautiful images worthy of sharing. After a few equipment changes (with an upgrade to the much more forgiving digital format) and hours of practice, I’ve been able to work my way into the professional level of photographic quality.

Also, I would be remiss if I didn’t highlight my commitment to environmental protection and the impending threat of climate change. With the earth poised on the precipice of a global climate disaster, we must do whatever we can as a population to lessen the effects of global warming and preserve our planet. I find great peace and inspiration in the outdoors, and the thought of losing these places I hold very dear is unacceptable. Together, we can make the difference that preserves the natural wonder surrounding us and eliminates global climate change.
